Terms of Service

1. Free Trial Class Policy

Okasha Online Quran Academy provides a 100% Free Trial session (typically 25–30 minutes) to allow new students to evaluate our teaching methodology, interactive software, and tutor compatibility. There is no financial obligation attached to taking a trial class.

2. Tuition & Payment Terms

• Tuition fees are charged on a monthly billing cycle based on the agreed weekly class frequency and session duration.
• Fees must be paid in advance at the start of each billing month.
• We support standard online bank transfers and major international payment options.

3. Attendance, Rescheduling & Make-Up Classes

• Student Absences: If a student cannot attend a scheduled session, please notify the academy at least 4 hours in advance. Make-up classes will be arranged based on tutor availability.
• Unannounced Absences: If a student fails to show up without prior notice, the class is counted as taken and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
• Teacher Absences: If a tutor misses a class due to illness or technical issues, the academy will provide a replacement class or make-up session.

4. Code of Conduct

To maintain a respectful Islamic learning environment:

• Students and tutors are expected to interact with mutual respect and proper Islamic manners (Akhlaq).
• Recording live class sessions without prior consent from academy management is strictly prohibited.
• Exchanging personal contact details (such as personal phone numbers or social media accounts) directly with tutors outside official academy administration is not permitted.

5. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

Students may pause or cancel their course subscription at any time by informing administration 7 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Refund requests for unused classes in a current billing month are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by academy management.

6. Governing Amendments

Okasha Online Quran Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service as needed to improve service quality. Continued participation in classes following updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
